Why did you want to capture your wedding on video?

For the memory, of course! We are aware that with grandparents and parents getting older, family living in different countries, and with our child present, our wedding day holds special significance. It may actually be the only time that both of our families will be all together. We want the memory of our closest friends and family celebrating life with us :) And although we are both secular Jews, we respect tradition and will be having a religious Jewish ceremony to honor thousands of years of tradition. We want to capture these sacred moments as well.

Why did you choose us to create your wedding film?

We like your artistic and cinematographic style of shooting. The footage is woven together to tell a story in a visually beautiful and organic presentation. The videos are not reminiscent of stereotypical wedding videos, which tend to be flat and boring or overly edited.

What do you do? How do you spend your days? What's important in life?

Now with a one-year old, our days are spent juggling our relationship, our daughter, and our future. While it may be more challenging to find free time, we do our best to continue exploring. Weekdays have more routine - Shai working, Eynat at home with Noa. Evenings and weekends we like to go on day or weekend trips, nature walks/hikes, beach, extended family get togethers, meet with friends, (and these days wine is extra important)! Most important is to be happy, healthy, and share our days with those we love.

The proposal. Tell me everything!

It was our one year anniversary and a long weekend, so we left town. We took a fun trip to SF and Sonoma Wine Country - lots of drinking, eating, and bike riding. Shai couldn't find the right moment to propose almost the entire weekend. So fast forward to a few hours before our flight home and following kind of a crisis in which Eynat was sure this is not the trip he will propose, as Shai failed to deliver (until almost the very end). Finally he took to his knee with a view to the bay. Quite the catharsis for us both. It was sweet and the perfect ending to our weekend.
